AA Logo Studio Affiliate Terms

1. Eligibility

By applying to my Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Commission

Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on the net value of each qualified sale generated through their unique affiliate link.

3. Qualified Sales

A qualified sale refers to a completed purchase that is successfully tracked through the affiliate link and has not been refunded, canceled, or identified as fraudulent.

4. Cookie Duration

Affiliate tracking cookies remain active for 30 days from the time a user clicks the affiliate link. If a purchase is made within this period, the affiliate will receive the corresponding commission.

5. Tracking and Affiliate Links

Affiliates must use the official affiliate links provided through the affiliate system to ensure proper tracking of referrals and commissions.

6. Minimum Payout

Affiliates may request a payout once their available commission balance reaches a minimum of $50 USD.

7. Payment Processing

Approved payout requests will be processed within 1–7 business days after submission.

8. Payment Method

All affiliate payouts are made exclusively via PayPal. Affiliates are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate PayPal account information.

9. Refunds and Chargebacks

If a transaction associated with an affiliate commission is refunded, disputed, or charged back, the related commission may be deducted from the affiliate’s balance.

10. Prohibited Promotion Methods

Affiliates may not engage in any of the following activities:

• Spam or unsolicited marketing

• Misleading or false advertising

• Trademark bidding on paid ads using our brand name

• Self-referrals or attempts to manipulate the tracking system

• Any unlawful promotional activities

11. Program Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update the Affiliate Program, including commission rates, payment terms, or eligibility requirements, at any time without prior notice.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account that violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or abusive practices.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and participating in the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
